Shannon Gray has dedicated over 25 years to the healthcare field, bringing a wealth of experience and compassion to every aspect of patient care. Her extensive background includes roles as a Medical Assistant, Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), and Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). She has earned both an Associate of Applied Science Degree and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN), reflecting her deep commitment to professional growth and excellence in care.
Today, Shannon proudly serves alongside her spouse, Sedric Gray, as co-owner of Excel In Care Home Health Agency. Together, they lead with integrity, humility, and a genuine passion for helping others. Their mission is rooted in compassion—striving to promote healing, dignity, and quality of life for every individual they serve.
